When you've contacted us, we will agree a mutually convenient appointment, where one of our experienced project managers will meet with you and discuss your requirements. We will provide an estimate to you within the timescales we agree with you at the appointment.

We are on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have with the estimate. Should you wish to proceed and accept the estimate we will agree a start date and time with you. Be assured that we will commit to meeting the agreed dates and times of the project.

Your project manager will act as your contact point and will take personal responsibility for ensuring your work is completed to the required quality, time and pricing estimates. He will be there to explain the work in detail to you and answer any questions you may have and should the unexpected happen he will be there to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.

We think that the personal approach we take to our work and the importance we place on you as the client will make the experience for you as hassle free and pleasant as possible.

At Absolute Maintenance, we are in the process of becoming as green as possible. All our vehicles are being replaced with LPG vehicles, which would save you money as congestion charges don't get passed on to you. Our fuel savings also reflect on the amount we charge for work carried out. We email as much as possible to keep paperwork to an absolute minimum. All of our waste from projects is recycled as best as possible putting very little, if any, into landfill.
